1. Lower your stress levels
First thing you must get out of head is that calories, diet, and exercise aren't THE ONLY factors when it comes to weight loss. High stress levels absolutely kill any chance for lots of people to lose weight easily.
Your body produces more cortisol (stress hormone) which inhibits your natural abilities to lose weight regardless of how good you're doing with diet and exercise.
To KINDA solve high stress levels, you HAVE TO do deep breathing. There's no way around it. It works. If you think it's just for weird people, get over it.
For at least 6-10 minutes a day, deep breath. Whether you just do a simple big inhale and big exhale or you do more elaborate breathing such as a big inhale for 5 seconds, holding it for 5 seconds, then a big exhale for 5 seconds... it doesn't matter. Just do it.
2. Get more sleep
Study after study proves that the more you sleep (within reason), the more weight you lose. Without adequate sleep, your body isn't running at it's optimal levels.
To prove my point on the stress and sleep... have you ever wondered why guys gain weight after their wives give birth to a baby? Well, it has all to do with higher stress levels and less sleep.
He can exercise the same and eat the same foods, he'll still gain weight when before he wasn't.
3. To bring about quick weight loss, balance your hormones with spinning
Not spinning like on those stationary bikes. I'm talking about honest-to-goodness spinning like how kids do it. I'll give you the basics that I talk about in my spinning ebook.
First, if you're going to spin, do it clockwise. Picture a clock with hands on the ground and you're in the middle of it. Ok, now spin the same way the hands go.
Second, when you spin, be sure to stop at the point where you're getting just a bit dizzy.
Now, at first you won't be able to gauge when you're getting a little dizzy and when you're getting totally dizzy. It'll take a few tries with spinning. So what I suggest is that you stop at 5 spins and see how your body is reacting. If it's fine, then add 2 more spins to the next set. Etc.
Find that "SWEET SPOT" range where you get slightly dizzy. With practice, that'll continue to increase. For me personally, I'm at 10 sets of 20 spins.
