To do this simply eat all the carbohydrate foods such as bread, cereal, potatoes, corn and rice by lunchtime. These foods are used efficiently by your body early in the day because they are easily burned for energy. 3. Vary your calorie intake during the week. Your body easily adapt to changes you make in your diet so you must stay one step ahead of it. Vary your calorie intake at least one day a week to keep your body from adapting and you will keep your fat burning metabolism high. Try eating the same amounts for 6 days of the week and then boosting that amount by 25 - 50% on day 7.

4. Exercise smarter. Just like your diet, your body can adapt to your exercise routine making it less effective. Vary your intensity during your cardio workout by moving between period of slow pace to periods of fast pace.
